Exhibition of «KonditerExpo/Bread – 2008».

Within the framework of exhibition of «KonditerExpo/Bread – 2008», which took place on June, 3-6, LTD. «BMB Compound», jointly with other production company of business concern «Bears Fud Ingredients», presented the assortment of glazes for a pastry shop and bakery industrial. Visitors were in a position more in detail to familiarize with the coloured glazes, by glazes for fillings in bakegoodss, by chocolate drops for decoration of pastry wares, and also by chocolate the masses. A company expresses gratitude.

On results the International professional competition «The Sweet triumph», the glazes of OOO «BMB Compound» were got by two rewards in the nominations of «Grand Prix» and «Triumph of quality».  On results a competition, glaze №32 got «Grand Prix» of international measure. A glaze is a pastry shop № 79 won a victory in a nomination «Triumph of quality».

An annual competition «The Sweet triumph» is conducted within the framework of the specialized exhibition of «Sweets Ukraine/Lasosch». Organizers are an exhibition company «AKKO Interneshnl» jointly with joint-stock COMPANY of «Ukrkonditer». Objectivity of results was provided the closed leadthrough of competition in presence Observant Advice. An independent tasting commission consisted of professional experts-tasters of joint-stock COMPANY of “Ukrkonditer”, Department of economics of Ukraine, Gospotrebstandarta of Ukraine, Minzdrava of Ukraine, State department of food of Ukraine, National university of food technologies, and also representatives of departments of purchases of wholesale-retail point-of-sale networks Kiev.
